What You Need to Know About Penis Filler Procedures
Who Performs Penis Filler Procedures?
A range of medical professionals, from Nurse Practitioners, Physicians and PAs can attempt to perform penis filler. A medical provider needs to perform penis girth enhancement procedures multiple times a day to become proficient in this complicated procedure. While it may seem that a Urologist may be a penis filler expert; penis filler is actually not taught in Urology residencies or medical school, so most Urologists do not receive any formal training in girth enhancement. You will want to seek out someone who performs penis filler for a living and does hundreds of these procedures a year, like Chris Bustamante, DNP, NP-C.
What Are Proper Post-Care Instructions?
Wearing a “sleeve” to keep your extended after penis filler seems to be a popular post-care instruction now provided by larger marketing organizations that promote penis filler. Please know that this is NOT proper post-care and WILL likely contribute to further deformation of the penis filler as it heals. Leading to irregular shapes, lumps, and bumps. When working with Chris Bustamante, DNP, NP-C, the leading Penis Filler expert, he will provide you with the proper post-care required to achieve the most optimal results to protect your investment.
Why Does Filler Consistency Matter?
Girth Enhancement is not just a medical procedure, it’s a precise art form. Therefore, it’s essential that your medical provider utilizes the highest quality FDA-approved fillers. Here at Lushful Aesthetics, Chris Bustamante, DNP, NP-C , trusted expert in Penis Filler understands that different fillers have various consistencies and should be blended to create the perfect viscosity for optimal outcomes. This is why Chris will utilize 2-3 different fillers during each case to create the highest quality result. It’s important to note, there is no dermal filler that is FDA-approved to be utilized in the penis. But these fillers are FDA approved for various areas of the face. Utilizing dermal filler in the penis is always considered an off-label treatment.

With offices in NYC and Southern California, Chris performs 3-4 penile girth enhancements daily, providing a bespoke, artistic approach tailored to every patient. His niche brand is catered almost exclusively to penile enhancement and ScroFill® (scrotum filler). The degree of experience he acquires from doing daily treatments and the variations of different types of penises he works on from longer or shorter penises, circumcised or uncircumcised penises, curved or straight penises, etc, is what has given him the unique experience to provide patients optimal outcomes. This is also what has allowed Chris Bustamante, DNP to become highly skilled in botched penis filler revisions.
What may be implemented during a Penis Filler revision?
Who is a candidate for Penis Filler revision?
Who is NOT a candidate for Penis Filler revision?
Lack of Expertise
We see more and more providers trying to make a quick buck by claiming to be “experts” in penile enhancements. Unfortunately, many medical providers have penis filler on their service menu even though they almost never actually perform the procedure. Many providers do not know how to manage complications or provide proper post-care instructions for optimal results.
Improper Techniques
Penis Filler should never be performed utilizing a needle. It should always be performed utilizing a cannula for optimal safety, as well as strategic and artistic placement. Needles are dangerous, they can lead to vascular occlusions and leave irregular lumps and bumps in this area.
Misleading Marketing
Many providers are affiliated with large umbrella marketing brands. These brands allow providers to buy into their programs to utilize their name. They typically all share a set of before + after photos that were done by one provider who started the network and most of the providers have no before + after photos of their own. This is a major red flag! The providers who buy into these networks typically only receive 1-2 training sessions and then rarely perform penis filler procedures. This makes their skills subpar at best.
Pro Tip
Always ask your provider: “Are the before + after photos in your marketing of procedures you personally did?”

What may be implemented during a Penis Filler revision?
Partial or full dissolving of poorly placed filler
Correction of lumps, bumps, and irregularities
Customized blending of FDA-approved fillers
Who is a candidate for Penis Filler revision?
Anyone who has been treated with a Hyaluronic Acid based filler. You can call your last provider to find out what they used. If a calcium-based filler such as Radiesse were used, we may be able to make some corrections.
Those looking to achieve a better aesthetic outcome. We can dissolve filler placed in the wrong areas and strategically provide a better blend of filler to provide the best results.
We can treat patients with penises of all shapes and sizes, regardless of circumcision, that meet one or both of the above circumstances.
Patients who have been treated with BellaFill® cannot have this filler dissolved, as it’s permanent. However, we can help to “conceal” irregularities by strategically filling around the poorly placed filler.
Who is NOT a candidate for Penis Filler revision?
Patients who have been treated with silicone are NOT candidates unfortunately. Permanent solutions like these are unable to be corrected. We advise you to speak with your last provider or a plastic surgeon about surgical removal of these fillers.
